2-for-1 Fares are per person based on 50% of the Brochure Fares (note: Brochure Fares, in effect as of 9/21/09, may not have resulted in actual sales). Free Business Class Air promotion applies to categories PH, PS & CP on designated Europe sailings, Tran-Atlantic flight only; Free Economy Class Air promotion applies to all other categories on designated Europe sailings and all categories on other select sailings and both promotions are available from select gateways, routes and carriers. $2,000 per couple “All-Inclusive. As You Wish.” spending credit is the maximum credit available, is non-transferable, cannot be used in the casino, for bingo, redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be applied as a deposit toward a future cruise. Crystal Family Memories promotion minimum group size is 6 or 10 full-fare, double occupancy guests and bookings must be made at the same time for entire group. Fares listed are in U.S. dollars, based on double occupancy, for category E on Crystal Symphony and category C on Crystal Serenity and do not include port, security and handling charges. 2-for-1 Fares are per person based on 50% of brochure fares. Economy Class Air is included for all categories or a cruise-only credit is available: $500 on voyages 0222-0225; $1,200 on voyage 0210; $1,400 on voyages 0206-0209. Economy Class Air is included for categories AA-E or a cruise-only credit is available: $900 on voyages 0221, 0329; $1,200 on voyages 0211-0220, 0309-0328. Business Class Air is included for categories CP-PH or a cruise-only credit is available: $1,700 on voyages 0221, 0329; $3,000 on voyages 0211-0220, 0309-0328. Business Class Air applies to Trans-Atlantic flights only. Free Air is available from the following gateways only: BOS, JFK, EWR, BWI, IAD, PHL, YUL, YYZ, ATL, MCO, MIA, TPA, DTW, MSP, ORD, DEN, DFW, IAH, SEA, YVR, LAX, PHX, SFO (note: voyage 0204 and 0204S free air is one-way Economy Class Air available from LAX, MIA, FLL, PBI and SAN gateways only and no cruise-only credit or discount of fares for other gateways is offered). 1.
